This post may come as a bit of a shock when compared the previous article on the Female Models of 2012/2013 - there seem to be very few male models working here today.
Not only that, but some don't seem to have quite understood when I emailed them asking for information that it was important for them to be seen and written about as much as possible, to stop a dwindling sector of the Mauritian modelling industry from vanishing completely.
So I was faced with a dilemma: Either I don't include those that never sent their modelling CVs, and be left counting the number of male models on one hand, or I include them anyway, though I greatly lack information on them.
For women, given that there are thirty or so models in the article, it didn't matter too much if some never bothered give me their information.
For men, it's a different story. That's why I decided to include them.

Always the professional, Shameer has been modelling for 24 years since the age of 16. He has appeared in campaigns for D&G, Giorgio Armani, Armand Basi, and in Mauritius has modelled for pretty much every consumer and fashion brand out here today - from Karl Kaiser to IV Play, and has numerous appearances in magazines and newspapers (almost every week). In 2012/2013 he modelled for the opening of Hilton Weiner (Bagatelle), for the Fashion and Design Institute Fashion Show, the HEAT fashion tour amongst many others.

It's unfortunate that I don't have his measurements, and I don't even know what he has done - but just from what I've seen from his appearances in Lifestyle magazine, this man is an incredible model, and will go far, so long as he grabs the opportunities available.

Fashionation - modelling Sweetie Ramlagun's collection From Blue To Gold
Here is another terrific model that for some reason has disappeared - I was not able to contact him for this article. Perhaps now he wants to concentrate solely on his job as an athlete and personal trainer. In any case, this year from what I know he modelled for Sweetie Ramlagun at the Fashionation show, walked for the Annees Vingt fashion show and the Cocoloko fashion show.
